Nine popular performances will be streamed online in April
The first two scheduled performances are both nonverbal: on April 2nd starting at 7 p.m. we will upload Amor Omnia, produces during the 2008/2009 theatre season (script and direction: Peter Pashov, Zheni Pashova), while on Sunday at 12 children can watch Little Red Riding Hood (2015/2016), a nonverbal production directed by Bereczki Csilla. The second week of April is dedicated to Polish contemporary dramaturgy: on April 7th at 7 p.m. you can watch the award-winning Gardenia (2012/2013, directed by Koltai M. Gábor), while on April 9th at 7 p.m. we will upload Testosterone (2014/2015, artistic cordination by Kedves Emőke). Times of Peace (2012/2013), created by Hungarian film director Hajdu Szabolcs will be online on April 14th at 7 p.m., while the musical The Peasant Opera (2012/2013), directed by Szikszai Rémusz will be uploaded on April 16th at 7 p.m. On April 21st you can watch The Beggars' Opera (2014/2015) directed by Kokan Mladenović, while April 23rd, the date of William Shakespeare's death, is dedicated to As You Like It (2010/2011), a super-production directed by Koltai M. Gábor. The last show in April will be in collaboration with the German State Theatre in Timisoara of the nonverbal coproduction Moliendo Café, created by Silviu Purcărete for the 2014/2015 season.
Performances will be uploaded on the Romanian and Hungarian Facebook pages @temesvariszinhaz and @teatrul.maghiar.timisoara and they will be available for 48 hours only. All recordings have only Romanian subtitles.
